Originally from Statesboro, Georgia, Chef Billie Littles first gained her passion for cooking from her grandfather, who was a cook in the United States Army. After graduating from Central College in Kansas with an Associate Art degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, she worked for 14 years as a chef in classic American diner. She later moved to Charleston, where she’s been the head chef at Toast for the last six years.
